Any sturdy table, surface should be washable, table should be easy to move in and out of. This is the one I selected but you may already have one at home.

Mat there are tons of mats out there for your work, but one with measurement grids will save you tons of time (where’s my ruler!) when it’s right there in front of you.

I recently replaced my old machine with this Brother. What I like about this model is that you can control your speed (!) and there are many decorative stitches to choose from, also, if I have to travel with the machine, it has it’s own table to go with you

I have tried other brands and sizes, this one is my definite pick for safe cutting

Can’t beat a good sturdy awl for punching through layers of pages

I use this one for smaller scissors, rulers, and some writing utensils

Adds an Interesting Adornment to a page

Find an old credit card and smoothe these colors together!

Ergonomically Substantial Chair, many out there to choose from, this was my selection because of the lumbar support and that one could adjust the height

Table Mat this depends on the paper and/ fabric you use; for junk journals, any paper will do! From old books, packaging, newspaper, old magazines, etc. This is for larger papers or fabrics. Fabrics are great additions to journals! Acquire a pair of quilting roller scissors for cutting

Because this rolls, it is essential! the fact that it has drawers and a surface to work also helpful

These work for me! Other people use envelopes, I tried other methods but this storage method works for me. I individually label what the contents are: wide ribbon, skinny ribbon, fabric scraps, tags, stencils, stamps, dyes…..

I chose this for my workspace because I have always stored items in labelled bins and they fit nicely on this shelf, plus there’s room for my printer

Had to do lots of research to pick this printer out but it’s been a great investment

I have been gifted boxes of thread from others’ sewing supplies, I needed at least two of these to put above the sewing machine. So much thread, so little time. Saving the empty wooden spools though!

Punch these out for tags

Perfect for writing, filling in, calligraphy, manageable point

Table Lamp a moveable arm lamp to focus in on your intricate details. And, can keep your phone close by and charged, if needed

More Mats! These are Reusable and washable so are very useful for messy projects

Once I out grew one, I had to have another for papers, scraps, leftovers, fabrics, tatting supplies, yarns….

Crates for Paper packs those 12 x 12 inch, this is the only method I found works.

After many hot glue guns that would fall over, that were stringy and the cord was heavier than the gun itself, I broke the bank and purchased this one, it works well on paper, leather, bark, fabric, plether, lace, and more. Now I actually enjoy hot gluing!

I had a corner left in the storage space that could accomodate all the ‘little’ items that keep us creators happy, including a space for some fabrics. When they are visible they are more easily accessible for me

Do you have sewing days with other local sewists? You’ll need this if you do!

Lots of ideas in this book, says for quilts but can be used on tags and pages in journals
