Pleats Plus

Using various pleating ideas in making junk journals

Using Bazzill Pleat papers as a starting point, pleating with more than just paper is very possible. You can also use hem tapes, seam binding, ribbon, fabric, laces and more, the sky is the limit! In this video I show a number of ways I have used various products from my stash to create pleats for use in junk journals.

I have a tremendous collection of family hand me downs, thriftstore collections and gifted hauls.  I have discovered the grandest way to utilize these materials by reusing them and turning them into journals, look books, scrapbooks, artistic books and more.  I am on an exciting adventure and not a day goes by that Iā€™m not jotting down and idea or collecting materials on hand to re create into something new.  So many ideas, so little time!  Join me in this creative adventure!
